Sugar from Savannah?

We noticed that sugar packets in BCN are huge. I made the comment that it probably is sugar from Savannah. Today we board the ship, order an espresso drink and the sugar packet is Dixie Crystal. This ship has been away from the states since May so it can't be leftovers. Small world.
